• What is calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA)?

  Calcium hydroxylapatite is a mineral compound that occurs naturally in bone and teeth. In Radiesse, tiny CaHA microspheres are suspended in a smooth water-based gel. The gel helps provide volume and lift on the day of treatment, and as it is gradually absorbed, the microspheres act as a scaffold intended to encourage your skin’s own collagen and elastin production. Over time the microspheres are metabolized and cleared by the body, with the goal of leaving the skin looking firmer and more resilient.

• How does pricing work?

  Radiesse is priced per syringe. During your consultation, your provider can recommend the most efficient path toward your goals, tailored to your timeline and budget. • What is the downtime?

• Is this treatment safe for everyone?

  Radiesse is not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring. Your Nuey provider will review your medical history to help ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.
